Your information is securely stored on cloud servers on Microsoft OneDrive and on individual mobile phones.
We keep personal details such as name, company name, email, telephone, company address, recorded works for as long as the recorded works are valid or for 3 years, whichever is shorter. We will then dispose of your information by deleting from cloud servers, mobile phones and destroying any paper records.
